- Complete the registration form below for each participant you are registering
- After completing the form, click "SUBMIT", and a Thank You screen will appear confirming your registration
- At this time, your registration process is not complete without "SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT."
- Please navigate to the "STORE" page (under the MORE link on the menu bar) to SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT for your cheerleader(s) or football player(s)
- Please go to the "FORMS" page and click on the link to proceed to WCMFL's SportsEngine page to complete WCMFL's Parents Code of Conduct Form. COMPLETION OF THIS FORM IS REQUIRED!
